After making certain arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the petition.

However, he prays that time to vacate the property in question may be extended by one month. 3.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to furnish his undertaking by way of affidavit within one week from today with the registry of this Court to the effect that he shall vacate the property in question within one month from today and deliver the vacant possession of the property in question to the respondents/landlord and that he will not seek further time to vacate the property. If such undertaking is furnished within

time given, the impugned order shall not be executable for one month from today.

In view of the above, the petition along with the application, being CM No. 46692/2018, is dismissed as withdrawn. VINOD GOEL, J.
