% 15.04.2019 In maintenance proceedings, respondent was proceeded ex-parte vide impugned order of 6th January, 2017. During the pendency of this petition, the matter was referred to mediation and the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved vide settlement agreement of 18th March, 2019.

In terms of settlement agreement of 18th March, 2019, this petition stands accordingly disposed of.
