O R D E R

% 17.12.2018 Investigations in case bearing FIR No.220/2016 dated 08.03.2016, registered under sections 420/468/471 read with section 34 IPC at Police Station Moti Nagar, Delhi, has been pending for almost 20 months. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inordinate delay and requests for quick conclusion of the investigations.

In the circumstances, let this writ petition be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned and the petitioner may meet the DCP on 19.12.2018, preferably in the forenoon. Appropriate orders in the matter will be passed by the DCP and communicated to the petitioner. DCP shall also look into the issue of delay and initiate such measures, as he may deem appropriate.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, stands disposed-off in terms of the above.
