CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR

O R D E R

% 16.05.2019 Crl.M.A. 10594/2019 By way of this application, early hearing of the bail application is sought.

Upon hearing, I find that sufficient cause is shown to prepone the date of hearing. The date of 29th July, 2019 fixed in the bail application is accordingly cancelled and it is taken up for hearing today itself. The application is disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 3038/2018 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 3rd March, 2018 in FIR No.175/2018, registered at police station Mangol Puri for offences under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC.

Petitioner's counsel informs that recording of prosecution evidence has been concluded and evidence on record does not incriminate petitioner.

Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case and copy of evidence of some witnesses placed on record, I find that the evidence recorded is not required to be pre-judged. Since recording of evidence is complete, therefore, this Court deems it appropriate not to entertain this petition for bail and instead thereof, direct the trial court to expedite trial and make all endavours to complete trial of this case within a period of three months from the date already fixed.

Trial court be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE MAY 16, 2019 r
