Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move an application before the concerned learned CMM for modification of the order dated 18.10.2018.

Accordingly, in view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
