O R D E R

% 31.10.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested pursuant to disclosure statement of co-accused Karan Monga, who was apprehended at the spot.

Knife and mobile phone were recovered from the co-accused Karan Monga. Nothing was recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody for the last about 2 months. Investigations are complete and charge sheet has been filed. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
