O R D E R

% 07.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to take care of his ailing wife.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report the petitioner was granted parole by this Court for a period of one month whereafter he was released on 23rd May, 2008 and he jumped the parole and could be rearrested only on 2nd June, 2017 after a period of 9 years. Considering the facts stated in the status report and the nominal roll, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
