% 02.11.2018 Aggrieved by the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the Family Court, the present appeal has been instituted. Mr. Jauhar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that when the matter was listed on 22.10.2018, the Family Court had issued summons in the main petition and notice in the three applications for 04.02.2019, although urgent reliefs had been prayed for. We had issued notice in the matter. Today counsel for the respondent enters appearance.
The appellant had sought an injunction against the respondent wife from cutting hair of the minor child. Another application was filed for interim visitation rights during Diwali, Bhai Duj and Winter Vacations. As far as first application is concerned, counsel for the respondent, on instructions, from the respondent submits that the apprehensions of the appellant are baseless and unfounded. The respondent has no intentions of cutting the hair of the minor
son. The respondent shall remain bound by the statement made in the Court. As far as the application seeking visitation rights during festivals is concerned, we grant liberty to the appellant to approach the Family Court after serving an advance copy of the application for early hearing to the counsel for the respondent. Mr. Jauhar submits that he would file the application tomorrow itself. Counsel for the respondent submits that he would appear in the matter. We request the Family Court to take up the application seeking visitation rights during festivals and grant early hearing. Binding the parties to the stand taken before this Court, the present appeal and all applications are disposed of. Copy of the order be given Dasti to the parties under the signature of Court Master.
