O R D E R

% 31.10.2018 Master Riyansh, the minor son of the petitioner Mrs. Jyoti and respondent No. 3, Mr. Deepak Kumar, is present in Court. We have interacted with the family in Chambers. It is evident that, differences exist between Mrs. Jyoti on one hand and Mr. Deepak Kumar on the other.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from Mrs. Jyoti, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, since the prayer therein has been satisfied, with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings, if any, in accordance with law. Leave and liberty granted.

However, Mr. Deepak Kumar, assures this Court that, Master Riyansh shall attend his School regularly.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
