This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Counsel for the respondent, who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection to the grant of extension of time as prayed for.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from

09.11.2018.

4.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
