This appeal is disposed of as not pressed as it is stated that possession had been taken from the appellant/defendant, however, appellant/defendant is at liberty to file an application before the trial court for review of the impugned judgment to the limited extent that the impugned judgment decrees admitted rent without specifying what is the admitted rate of rent, what is the period for which rate of rent as admitted is due, and therefore total of money decree of admitted rent is of what amount.

Such an application for review when filed by the appellant/defendant, will be heard and disposed of by the trial court in accordance with law.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
