O R D E R

% 24.01.2018 The complainant Mr.Umesh is present. He submits that he has received a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- due from the petitioner and seeks the release of Rs.1,50,000/- deposited in terms of direction dated 15.11.2017 to which prayer there is no opposition on behalf of the petitioner.

In view thereof, the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- deposited in the name of the complainant vide order dated 15.11.2017 with the Registrar General of this Court are allowed to be released to the complainant on proof of identification before the Registrar General of this Court.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the complainant, the applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court subject

to the condition that he shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.

The application is disposed of.

In view of the circumstances, the date 2.4.2018 stands cancelled.

Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
