+ CRL.M.C. 3368/2017 SALMAN KHAN & ORS ..... Petitioners Through Mr. Arif Shakeel, Adv versus THE STATE NCT OF DELHI & ORS ..... Respondents Through Mr. M S Oberoi, APP for State SI Rishi Sharma, PS Jamia Nagar Respondent nos. 2 and 3 in person

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 30.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. A perusal of the FIR envisages that a quarrel ensued between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 on some trivial matter, which had led to registration of the present FIR No. 644/2011 under Sections 147/148/149/452/506/323/427 IPC at Police Station Jamia Nagar. It is stated that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have now settled the matter amicably.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Rishi Kumar, P.S. Jamia Nagar. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 admit having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No.

644/2011 under Sections 147/148/149/452/506/323/427 IPC at Police Station Jamia Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J OCTOBER 30, 2017 sm
