O R D E R

% 07.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that she has to meet her daughter-in-law and grand-children and she has to re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 16th August, 2018 whereby her application seeking parole on the ground aforesaid was rejected.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has handed-over copy of the nominal role which shows that after the rejection order dated 16th August, 2018 the petitioner has already availed a furlough for a period of three weeks with effect from 18th August, 2018 and thereafter petitioner has been granted another furlough for a period of two weeks by the order of DG(P) dated 4th December, 2018. Thus, the petitioner can avail the benefit of furlough granted to him.

Considering the facts noted in the nominal roll, this Court finds no ground to modify the order dated 16th August, 2018 or grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
