O R D E R

% 20.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner comprising of his parents was found residing at Fauji Colony, Village Asawati, Distt. Palwal, Haryana. The petitioner was granted parole for a period o four weeks by this Court in the year 2017 and there is no allegation that the petitioner misused the said concession. Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount W.P.(CRL) 3339/2018

subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM Concerned/Duty Magistrate.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
