% 02.11.2018 Considering the fact that the issue pertains to an action taken by the Registrar of Companies, Chhatisgarh under identical situation with regard to action taken by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction, we had refused to interfere into the matter earlier. Accordingly, we dismiss the writ petition along with pending applications with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petitions before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
