O R D E R

% 28.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to remove all his goods from the property in question. He further states that the petitioner has no objection if the respondent rents out even his share of the property.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent who is personally present in Court, accepts the aforesaid offer.

The statements made by both the counsel are accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises in question after removing all his goods within a period of one month. Thereafter as agreed by the petitioner, the respondent shall be at liberty to rent out the property in question.

In view of the aforesaid arrangement arrived at by the parties, the impugned order is set aside and the present writ petition along with the application stand disposed of.
