Counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an interim arrangement till the substantive petition pending before the Family Court is decided. As per which, the following arrangements have been made : (i) The father will pick up the children on every Saturday at 11 AM from Gate no.3, Nirman Vihar Metro Station, V3S Mall and drop them back on the next day i.e. Sunday at 2 PM to Sector 28, Metro Station, Faridabad from where the mother will pick up the children. (ii) The parties agree and undertake that they will ensure that the meeting is meaningful and they will not talk ill about each other in presence of the children. The timing shall be strictly adhered to. 2.

The Family Court will decide the substantive petition in accordance with the law unaffected by the arrangement made before this Court, which is purely an interim arrangement.

The arrangement would be followed till the final decision in the appeal. 4.

The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the parties and the learned counsels for the parties in arriving at an amicable arrangement.

With this agreed arrangement, the present appeal alongwith CM APPLs 45113-14/2018 is disposed of.
