% 12.12.2017 Learned senior counsel submits that in view of judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nikesh Tarachand Shah vs. Union of India & Anr MANU/SC/1480/2017 whereby rigours of twin conditions, as laid under Section 45 of the Money Laundering Bill, 1999 has been held unconstitutional, the petitioner will approach the trial court again. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
