For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the application stands allowed.

This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. 2.

Counsel for the respondents, who appears on an advance notice, submits that the respondents have no objection if the time for making

of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondents, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of 12 months with effect from 16.11.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
