O R D E R

% 27.08.2018 Based on the order passed on July 18, 2018, learned counsel appearing for the Delhi Development Authority has brought to our notice,

the action proposed to be taken by the Delhi Development Authority. Based on a joint inspection carried out on August 21, 2018 and as per the various other aspects of the matter, it is indicated that the Competent Authority, in principle, has granted approval for allotting a land ad-measuring 4000 sq. mtrs to the Director of Education, GNCTD for construction of Secondary School at Eidgah, which should be in accordance with the applicable norms laid down in MPD-2021 and fulfilment of all other conditions with regard to the layout plan as notified or approved by the Screening Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the aforesaid action proposed to be taken.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct and dispose of the matter accepting the aforesaid proposal and direct the Delhi Development Authority and all other Competent Authorities to conclude all further proceedings for handing over of possession of area in question within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
