% 20.02.2019 The petitioner seeks parole for three months to take care of his aged and ailing father and to re-establish social ties. However, the nature of the ailment or the pressing need is not stated in the petition. The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has an able-bodied brother, who can otherwise take care of the father. In view of the above, no case is made out for grant of parole. The petition is dismissed.
