After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the case, he shall not press this application at this stage. 2.

In view of the above, trial court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing before the trial court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
