O R D E R

% 30.10.2018 At the outset, Mr.Verma, learned APP submits that the petitioner has been declared as a Proclaimed Offender and therefore, the present petition ought not to be entertained. In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned APP, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to take appropriate steps in respect of the order passed by the Trial Court declaring him a Proclaimed Offender and prays for liberty to approach this Court at a later stage, if the need so arises. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application with liberty as prayed for.
