% 09.09.2016 The petitioners, by the present petition, seeks a direction to respondent No.1 i.e. Sub Registrar - IX South West District to either register the Sale Deed, presented to him on 15.06.2015, or to appropriately deal with the same in accordance with law. It is contended by the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 had executed a Sale Deed in favour of petitioner No.2 and the parties to the deed had presented the same for registration on 15.06.2015 and completed the formalities.

It is contended that the respondent No.1 - Sub Registrar - IX South West District has neither registered nor released the same. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to WP(C) 7472/2015

decide on the issue of registration or otherwise of the sale deed, presented on 15.06.2015, within a period of two weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms reserving liberty of the petitioners to take appropriate remedies in law, in case he is aggrieved by any orders passed by the respondent No.1.
