W.P.(CRL) 3350/2018 The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner had jumped bail for over 12 years. He was re-arrested on 27.02.2015. He seeks parole to file an SLP. Looking at his conduct the court is not inclined to grant him parole. It will be open to him to obtain assistance from legal aid services.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
