% 23.01.2018 I am informed that a settlement agreement dated 18 January 2018 has been executed between the petitioner and the respondent company under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre(in short 'DHCMC'). As per the settlement, this company petition has to be withdrawn by the petitioner. Accordingly, as prayed the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, in case the settlement is breached.
