O R D E R

% 07.08.2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the provisional release order dated 21.07.2015 (annexure P-15) that has been passed is unclear with regard to the extent of differential due as also the amount for the bank guarantee, etc. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents states that a detailed order giving specifics relating to the provisional release application shall be passed by the competent authority within two weeks from today in accordance with law. The said provisional release order which would be issued within two weeks shall be in supersession of the impugned order dated 21.07.2015.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
