1. I am informed that a settlement agreement dated 18 January 2018 has been executed between the petitioner and the respondent company under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (in short 'DHCMC'). As per the settlement reached, this company petition is requested to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, as prayed, the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in case the settlement is breached.
