O R D E R

% 22.03.2016 It is informed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and pursuant thereto first motion for divorce by way of mutual consent has already taken place. The complainant is present in person and states that since she has settled the matter with the petitioner, she has no objection to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State also states that since the matter has been settled between the parties, he has no objection to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In view of above, the interim protection granted to the petitioner on 07.08.2015 is hereby made absolute and it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:- (i) Petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (ii) He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (iii) He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(iv) He shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
