% 15.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 12th March, 2018. It is further submitted that a joint petition for quashing of the FIR would be filed in due course.
In view of the settlement, counsel for the responded no.2 has no objection in case trial court proceedings are stayed. Accordingly, trial court proceedings shall remain stayed till the time terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12th March, 2018 are complied with.
Petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
