1. Notice. Mr.Avtar Singh, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents and states that the refund will be processed and a refund order will be passed within two weeks.

2. It is accordingly directed that within two weeks thereafter the refund amount together with interest due thereon be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner.

3. In case if there is any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
