O R D E R

% 01.11.2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties to pass the Arbitral Award.

Counsel for the respondents, who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondents have no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and the no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondents, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of three months with effect from 27.10.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
