% 07.03.2018 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that the order passed by this Court on an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been challenged by the parties and is pending adjudication in form of FAO(OS) 449/2015 and 470/2015. He further submits that certain interim orders have been passed in these appeals. In view of the above, he prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.
