As per the office report, respondent No. 2 has been served by ordinary process. However, respondent No. 2 is not present today. CRL.M.C. 5725/2018

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that full and final settlement of Rs. 2,10,000/- was arrived at between the parties, out of which Rs. 1,90,000/- has already been paid. He further submits the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the remaining amount. 3.

Re-notify on 31st March, 2020.

In the meantime, the proceedings before the trial court shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
