O R D E R
% 12.12.2018 The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that despite issuance of five notices for personal hearing, the petitioner has chosen not to appear before the Customs Department.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such notices have been received, nevertheless the petitioner is ready and willing to join proceedings. He submits, upon instructions, that the petitioner shall appear before the Adjudicating Authority in terms of the notice issued to him. In the circumstance, copies of the previous notices as well as latest notice shall be served to the petitioner by 18.12.2018, through counsel as well.
The petitioner shall appear before the Adjudicating Authority on the date so fixed.
In view of the above, the petition is not pressed on merits. It is disposed-off in the above terms.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
