% 10.01.2018 Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states on instructions that the petitioner's result of B.Com (Final Year) Examination has already been declared by the respondent no.3 and the petitioner has passed the same with over 60% marks. He further submits that the petitioner's final result of B.Com has already been submitted to the respondent no.2.
In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent no.2, fairly submits that in view of the final result of B.Com (Final Year) Examination showing that she has already passed B.Com, the provisional admission granted to the petitioner in M.Com. (First Year), be treated as final.
In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.
