After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but as prayed appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises till 31.3.2019. Appellant will, in the meanwhile, ensure that he will clear all charges towards electricity, water etc as payable for the suit premises till the time the appellant remains in possession of the suit premises. Subject to the appellant filing the aforesaid undertaking within two weeks from today and complying with the terms of the same, appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.3.2019.

It is clarified that this Court has not observed in any manner with respect to the mesne profits or rent which is payable by the appellant as these aspects are pending and will be decided by the trial court in the suit in accordance with law.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid observations.
