W.P.(CRL) 3367/2018 and Crl.M.A. No. 35528/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 222/2018 under Section 354D registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar on the complaint of respondent No. 2 on the ground that the respondent No. 2 has filed a false and fabricated complaint against the petitioner and similar other complaints have also been lodged by her against other persons as well. Learned ASC for the State submits that the investigation in the above noted FIR is complete and charge sheet is likely to be filed within two weeks.

In view of the statement of learned ASC for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and application with liberty to take all the pleas mentioned in the present petition besides others at the time of hearing of charge in case cognizance is taken by the learned Trial Court.
