1. In view of what has been stated in the counter-affidavit and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner, it is directed that Mr. Lovekesh Sharma, the sole proprietor of the Petitioner, will remain present at the premises, i.e. Shop No. 10, Fourth Floor, 1157/1124, Kucha Mahajani, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006, at 3:00 p.m. on 29th August 2017. The team of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence ('DRI') which visited the premises on 5th August 2017 will also remain present.

2. In the presence of Mr. Lovekesh Sharma, the premises will be de-sealed for the purpose of conducting the search. After the search is completed in the presence of the two panchas and a proper inventory is drawn up, the team of the DRI will proceed in accordance with law as regards the de-

sealing of the premises.

3. No further directions are called for at this stage. It would be open to the Petitioner to raise all contentions at the appropriate stage.

4. The petition is disposed of but, in the circumstances, without any order made as to costs.
