% 04.03.2016 Mr. Nijhawan states that the amount encashed under the bank guarantee has already been refunded to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions.

However, as the submission is being made by the senior standing counsel of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, the same is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of as satisfied. However, petitioner is given liberty to mention the matter in the event the aforesaid statement is not correct.
