O R D E R

% 18.03.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 02.03.2016 is placed on record which has been signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement which shall continue to bind the parties. Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee.
