% 30.10.2018 Petitioner is said to have made a complaint against owner/ builder for raising unauthorized construction in property No. D-279, Gali No.11, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to the said complaint.

If it is so, then the respondent shall give a speaking response to the aforesaid complaint made on 17th September, 2018 (Annexure P-1) within a period of four weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner can avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. If petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, then petitioner shall make a complaint to the Special Task Page | 1

Force headed by Vice Chairman of DDA.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
