If it is so, then the respondent shall give a speaking response to the aforesaid proposal within a period of four weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within four weeks thereafter, so that petitioner can avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are accordingly disposed of.
