% 31.10.2018 Issuance of Eligibility Certificate to enable petitioner to proceed abroad for receiving medical education for the academic session 2018-19 is sought in this petition.
Petitioner's counsel submits that a fresh application for obtaining Eligibility Certificate would be made to the governing body of second respondent-Medical Council of India (MCI) within two days. If it is so done, then second respondent-MCI shall process the said application within a period of three weeks in accordance with the law and Page | 1
its fate be made known to petitioner within two days thereafter. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
