% 30.10.2018 Petitioner seeks affiliation for six units in electrician trade in view of Minutes of Meeting of Special Committee of National Commission for Vocational Training (NCVT) of 17th May, 2018 (Annexure P-4). Minutes of Meeting of 25th July, 2017 (Annexure P-2) of NCVT, refusing to recommend affiliation due to single trade, is under challenge in this petition.

The remedy to assail the impugned proceedings lies before the Appellate Committee of respondent. In the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is relegated to approach the Appellate Committee of respondent to raise the grievance against the impugned Minutes of Meeting in the light of subsequent Minutes of Meeting of 17th September, Page | 1

2018 (Annexure P-8).

Petitioner's counsel submits that an appeal to the Appellate Committee would be made within a week.

If it is so done, then the Appellate Committee shall consider the appeal within twelve weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
