% 20.08.2015 The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 has taken instructions and he states, on instructions, that it will not be possible for the respondent No.1 to agree to the request made by the petitioner for substituting the existing concessionaire (AHRTL) with Bharat Road Network Limited (BRNL) for various reasons. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 shall indicate the reasons for this decision to the petitioner within ten days.
Thereafter, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies which may be available to it under law.
This petition stands disposed of.
