% 11.03.2019 Impugned order of 8th October 2018 had fixed interim maintenance of ₹12,000/- per month payable to the wife and child in proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for respondent informs that trial court's vide order of 6th February, 2019 has disposed of the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly this petition and application are disposed of as infructuous with liberty to petitioner to challenge the final order of 6th February, 2019.
