% 03.05.2018 CRL.M.A. 8323/2018 in BAIL APPLN.-2524/2017 The matter is fixed for 19.07.2018 and is taken up on CRL.M.A.8323/18, an application filed to seek simplicitor withdrawal of the bail application.

The said application, i.e., CRL.M.A.8323/18 is thus allowed and the Bail Application No.2524/17 is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the interest of justice on a perusal of the proceedings dated 16.01.2018 and the report received from the Superintendent, Central Jail No. 16, Mandoli, Delhi, which indicates that the presence of a family member may be required at the time of surgery at the GTB Hospital, the SHO concerned would ensure that there is no problem caused in the presence of a family member of the petitioner at the time of the surgery of the petitioner at the GTB Hospital.

The date 19.07.2018 is cancelled.

Copy of this order be also sent to the Medical Superintendent of GTB Hospital and to the Superintendent Jail Delhi for compliance. Copy of the order be given Dasti to the State under the signatures of the Court Master, as prayed.
