By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of re-establishing his house at Srinagar, providing medical treatment to his old aged parents and reconnecting social ties with the family & society. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed to the effect that petitioner has been convicted in a bomb blast case wherein 13 persons were killed. It is further submitted that there is possibility of the petitioner jumping the parole or to cause harm to the witnesses who have deposed against him.

In column No.21 of the nominal roll it is mentioned that petitioner is undergoing life sentence in another case being FIR No.148/1996 under W.P.(CRL) 1740/2015

Sections 117/176/302/307 IPC PS Mahawa Dausa, Rajasthan. It is also mentioned in the nominal roll that petitioner is lodged in High Risk Ward and his conduct is unsatisfactory.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner seeking parole is declined.

Writ petition is hereby dismissed.

The Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
